I was responsible for implementing usability principles into the screen designs and workflows for existing and new applications that monitored network traffic and service levels. Deliverables included interface designs for a Cisco co-branded application for monitoring network resources. I worked closely with engineering to provide graphical comps, html, and CSS files for implementation. I produced:
• Usability goals for the applications
• Wireframes and low-fidelity comps for usability reviews
• High-fidelity design comps using Fireworks
• Html and CSS files to be used by engineering for the application front-end
• Heuristic reviews of screens and workflows to improve usability
• Usability review meetings of screens and functionality
